By default, the transaction emails that ProductDyno sends (such as the “welcome” email) are sent from a ProductDyno address. However, you have the complete flexibility to have them appear to come from your own email server or provider.
One way to do that is by signing up with a service such as SparkPost. Here are some of the main benefits of using SparkPost:
- The service prides itself on deliverability, and their dedicated team is constantly working to make sure your emails reach the intended recipients.
- SparkPost offers 37 metrics to track your emails, including injections, opens, bounces and clicks.
- You can have multiple webhooks with different endpoints, so you can easily tie into internal or third-party services.
Some people have noted that in the past SparkPost changed how certain features worked without enough notification to current users. Hopefully that has changed now, in that customers get advanced notice before changes are enacted.
